How long does my order take to arrive?

All of our orders are handmade with love in our UK studio, which means they take a little bit more time and attention to create for you.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for all items to be handmade and posted. Once made, our items are packaged with love and posted on a 48 hour service.

Will my items look exactly like the photo?

Everything is hand cut and handmade, therefore the position of the pattern on the fabric will change between every garment. Not to worry this means your item is completely unique to you!

How shall I wash my Duke + Doll items?

Washing – Wash all your items with like colours and avoid rubbing when wet during hand washing. Machine wash warm or cool on a delicate setting, using phosphate -free detergent.Spin at low speed. Do not use bleaches or any other aggressive bleaching agents and do not wring fabric after washing.

Drying – Traditional drying, preferably in a horizontal position. Hanging material on a string can cause discolour in folded areas. You need to avoid mechanical drying in tumble dryers.

Ironing – Follow iron settings for cotton fabrics.

Why are your products higher priced?

Everything Duke + Doll pieces are hand cut and handmade, therefore it is very time consuming and expensive to produce such unique pieces. We have sourced high quality cotton to ensure your little ones get the best wear out of their items.

You are getting a unique beautiful handmade item and also supporting a small business. We appreciate your support and orders, we are so passionate about our brand and hope you will fall in love with our products.

Where is my item?

You will receive an email with your tracking information when your item has been shipped, please also check your junk mail. If your items are not with your after 2 1/2 weeks please get in touch [email protected]

What is the exchange policy?

All of our items are handmade-to-order with love. Please bear in mind that each piece is slightly different with pattern placement as everything is cut by hand, so each item is totally unique. Due to this reason we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an item has been started or specific fabric ordered. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions or queries regarding returns and exchanges.

What should I do if i receive the wrong item?

We are terribly sorry if you have received the incorrect item. Please contact us immediately [email protected] and we will be happy to rectify this for you.
